2ND KARACHI GOURMET CHEFS CHALLENGE

There are no shortcuts to success, and every journey has its challenges. As a chef, my path has been a roller coaster, from choosing culinary arts to mastering pastry, with daily blunders along the way. I view each mistake as a learning opportunity and strive not to repeat them. Success isn't just about winning; I've had my share of failures and sleepless nights over recipes that didn't work out. What keeps me moving forward is the way this art has allowed me to confront my fears and shape my identity. I'm proud to have brought home another gold medal, this time in the travel cake category. Life is a journey, and I'm just getting started!

FHC-CHINA 23 INTERNATIONAL YOUNG CULINARY ONLINE COMPETITION

participated in the FHC-China 23 International Young Culinary Online Competition, which was the opportunity I truly needed in my culinary journey. I've always focused on desserts and poultry, my areas of expertise, and that has consistently yielded great results, including a gold medal. This time, however, I stepped out of my comfort zone to compete in the seafood and beef categories for the very first time. Knowing I had to research, practice, and put in significantly more effort—especially with prawns, an ingredient I had never cooked or even tasted—I was determined to honor my country, my career, and the supportive people in my life. And I did it again! Bringing home a bronze medal for Pakistan in a category outside my usual expertise is a significant achievement, one that means so much more than my previous accomplishments. I’m incredibly proud to represent Pakistan on this international stage!

1ST KARACHI INTERNATIONAL SALONNIERE

I participated in the first International Salonnière Competition in the category of cakes and assorted mousses, where I earned a bronze medal and my first gold medal. This achievement was challenging due to the competitive environment and my responsibilities, especially since I had just begun my journey as a South Sales Chef at Nestlé. Despite the pressure, everything came together, and I performed remarkably well.

WOMEN STORIES - ENTREPRENEUR JOURNEY OF PROFESSION THROUGH URBAN CHALLENGES

I had the opportunity to be interviewed by the Japan International Corporate Agency as an Entrepreneur, where I discussed the journey of Deliciosa and the challenges I faced as a young entrepreneur. I emphasized the importance of a strong support system from family and friends, which helped me believe in myself and navigate difficulties. I also shared that baking has always been my refuge; whenever I experience happiness or sadness, or encounter life's ups and downs, I immerse myself in experimenting with various cakes and recipes. This creative process not only relaxes me but has also transformed my passion into a thriving business.

DELICIOSA X TEDx AZAD

I used to attend motivational events and now, Alhamdulillah, I've sponsored one myself. My journey has been challenging, but the support of my family and inspiring mentors has helped me strive for betterment—not just for myself, but for our society. The youth of Pakistan organized TEDx Azad to challenge societal norms and empower young people with hope and strength during tough times. We’ve done our part, and I hope you’ll join in soon!

1ST KARACHI GOURMET CHEFS CHALLENGE - BRONZE MEDAL

I participated in my first competition after my diplomas, guided by Chef Muhammad Afzal and other senior chefs from Pakistan. I showcased two special dishes: Doce de Vermicelli, a Portuguese sweet I first made for a school competition in 2015, and Heaven de Caramello, which I launched just a few months ago. Alhamdulillah,I secured 3rd place in the plated dessert category. Thank you for the wishes and prayers,more to come!

RIGHT TO PLAY X STANDARD CHARTERED BANK GRADUATION CEREMONY

Being part of the Goal Getters program sponsored by Standard Chartered and Right to Play allowed me to showcase my passion for baking through custom cupcakes. I was proud to cater for Miss Shehla Raza, the Minister of the Women Development Department, along with several distinguished members of the Board of Governors of Standard Chartered Bank. This experience not only enhanced my skills but also helped me build valuable connections.

DEBUT POP UP STALL

For my final project in entrepreneurship from IBA,I launched my first stall at Women of the World Festival. My main offering was mini lasagna, complemented by a chocolate fountain featuring a variety of toppings for kids. This combination really attracted a crowd and significantly increased my sales. Through this experience, I gained valuable insights into the dynamics of running a business
